We are pleased to welcome you personally in Munich again after all this time. Nevertheless, the coronavirus is still an issue. Due to the fact that the event will be held at the Klinikum rechts der Isar, we are bound by hospital-specific hygiene regulations and access restrictions.
Therefore, please read the following information carefully!
Daily testing obligation
Every participant (regardless of vaccination status) is obliged to show a negative test result every day before entering the Klinikum rechts der Isar. This can be either an certified antigen test (no "selftests", valid for max. 24h) or a PCR test (valid for max. 48h).
For example, you can use the rapid test center in the Klosterapotheke, opposite the main entrance of the hospital in Ismaninger Straße 22, for a fee (opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm).
If you are unable to be tested in advance, free SARS-CoV-2 testing options (antigen and, to a limited extent, PCR tests*) will be offered on site.
Mask obligation and distance regulation
The hygiene regulations of the Klinikum rechts der Isar require masks to be worn at all times. In the lecture hall, masks can be removed if a distance of 1.5 m can be maintained. Mask removal is also permitted for speakers during their presentation and for all participants during meals.
Registration will be available on Tuesday, Sept 27, 2022 starting at 9:00 am (free testing at the entrance to the event will also start at this time).
Please note: Access is only possible via the entrance to the lecture halls located on Einsteinstraße. Please arrive early and plan for some waiting time, especially on Tuesday.
Note for exhibitors: These regulations also apply to the set-up on Monday, 26.9.2022.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
